Mr. Flannery has a bachelors degree in social work and a masters degree in business. He is a trained behavior specialist, and holds many accolades in the field of brain injury and neurobehavioral services.

Mr. Flannery has 15 years experience developing and managing residential ABI rehab programs. In that time he has overseen hundreds of care plans for children and adults with catastrophic and complex neurological deficits. Mr. Flannery is currently the Senior Vice President of NeuroInternational, a post-acute provider of residential brain and spinal cord injury rehabilitation services. He has functional experience in all aspects of operations, care planning, and program development in the post-acute brain injury rehab field. Early in his career he worked for a 160 bed brain injury rehab facility, and in that time he served as a Program Case Manager, Behavior Specialist, Interim School Principal, Managed a Residential Pediatric Program, and was the Executive Director of Community Programs where he opened and managed three new free-standing residential head injury facilities.

His accomplishments led him to developing and managing his own residential ABI rehab facility. Under his direction as the President/CEO, the company was a success and it was later acquired by a national healthcare company – the nation’s largest provider of post-acute brain injury services. He worked for that company for four years doing business development and program development on a national level. In that time he championed business development activities, including initiating the largest TBI/SCI start-up project in company history (including initiating proposal, market analysis, strategic plan /partnerships, pre-staffing, and project management). While with that company he served as an ongoing consultant to the operations and marketing department, and he was a Program Director for one year and the Director of Marketing and Admissions for Florida for an additional year. Mr. Flannery also wrote many business proposals and was a key author of the strategic plan for a large segment of the ABI Division. During his last years with that company he served as a business development project manager and was the National Contract Manager where he led multi-state contracting strategies and sponsored new business development initiatives.

In 2008 Mr. Flannery found his home at NeuroInternational and he has continued his quest to serve people with ABI / SCI rehabilitation needs.
